Updated: 2026-08-26
These terms govern the purchase of goods in our online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
General provisions
The seller’s details are shown in the page footer. The buyer is a person with legal capacity. The distance contract is concluded electronically.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in euros (EUR). The seller is not a registered VAT payer, so no VAT is applied to prices and no VAT is shown on invoices. Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
Ordering and contract
An order is created by completing the order form and pressing the button that carries an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded once we have received payment and sent the order confirmation to your email.
Payment
Payments are securely processed by Montonio. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The order is fulfilled after successful payment.
Delivery
We deliver to the Omniva, DPD or Latvijas Pasts parcel locker of your choice in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, or by courier to your door. To other EU countries we deliver by courier only; the price depends on the country zone and is shown before payment, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Free shipping above a certain order value applies to delivery within Latvia only. The delivery option, time and price are shown before the order is confirmed.
We prepare the order and hand it to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery to a parcel locker usually takes 1–3 business days in Latvia and 2–4 business days in Lithuania and Estonia. Once shipped, you receive the tracking number and link by email and on your order page.
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure, but we will help locate the shipment.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. See the “Right of withdrawal and returns” page for details.
Conformity and complaints
We are responsible for the conformity of goods with the contract under consumer protection law. You may submit a complaint by email; we will respond within 15 business days.
Dispute resolution
We resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may turn to the consumer protection authority or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
