Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Updated: 2026-08-26
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a product bought under a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
14-day withdrawal period
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receiving the product. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the withdrawal notice before it expires.
How to withdraw
Notify us of the withdrawal by email. Include the order number, the item and your contact details.
Returning the goods
The goods must be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer — the easiest way is via any Omniva, DPD or Latvijas Pasts parcel locker; we send the return address and instructions once we receive your request. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
You may try on and inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but not wear them. Items must be free of signs of use, odours and stains, with original tags and packaging.
Refund
We refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We refund the price of the goods and the original delivery cost up to the cheapest standard delivery option we offer. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them.
If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. removed tags, signs of wear, stains, odours), we are entitled to reduce the refund by the diminished value of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or personalised to your specifications, to hygiene goods (e.g. underwear, socks) with opened packaging, or in other cases provided by law.
The right of withdrawal applies in full to goods bought at a discount or in a sale.
Damaged or non-conforming goods
If a product is damaged or does not match the order, contact us — we will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return costs in that case.
